Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing viron.ae or placing an order with VIRON, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. VIRON operates under a Dubai E-Trader License in the United Arab Emirates.

2. About VIRON

VIRON is a direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand selling curated smart home devices, security technology, connectivity products, and lifestyle tech accessories. We ship UAE-wide; products are sourced and sold under the VIRON brand experience.

3. Eligibility

To place an order with VIRON, you must:

•        Be at least 18 years of age

•        Be a resident of the UAE or have a valid UAE delivery address

•        Provide accurate and complete personal and payment information

VIRON reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

4. Products & Pricing

4.1 Product Listings

We take care to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate. However, VIRON does not warrant that all product information is error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update listings at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Pricing

All prices displayed on viron.ae are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT will be applied at checkout where applicable in accordance with UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations. Prices may change without notice.

4.3 Availability

Product availability is subject to stock and supplier availability. In the event a product is out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative, a backorder, or a full refund.

5. Orders & Payment

5.1 Order Confirmation

When you place an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.

5.2 Payment Methods

VIRON accepts payment via:

•        Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)

•        Apple Pay and Google Pay

•        Tabby — Buy Now Pay Later (subject to Tabby's eligibility terms)

•        Tamara — Buy Now Pay Later (subject to Tamara's eligibility terms)

Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments. VIRON does not store payment card details.

5.3 Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible — please refer to our Refund Policy.

6. Shipping & Delivery

VIRON ships UAE-wide. Delivery is fulfilled via EMX and partner couriers. Estimated delivery times are 2–5 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout. Free shipping thresholds may apply on qualifying orders.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our Refund Policy is available at viron.ae/policies/refund-policy and forms part of these Terms. In summary:

•        Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for products in original, unopened condition

•        Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documentation

•        Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrectly sent

•        Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item

•        BNPL (Tabby/Tamara) refunds are processed to the respective provider and subject to their terms

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

Products sold by VIRON are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable. VIRON acts as a reseller and is not the original manufacturer. Warranty claims for manufacturer defects must be directed to VIRON, who will liaise with the relevant supplier.

VIRON makes no warranties beyond those expressly stated. To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, we exclude all implied warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, VIRON's liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. VIRON is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of data, profit, or business opportunities.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on viron.ae — including the VIRON name, logo, wordmark, product descriptions, images, and marketing materials — is the property of VIRON and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

11. Third-Party Services

Our website and services integrate with third-party platforms including Shopify, Meta, Google, Tabby, Tamara, EMX, and Wio Business. VIRON is not responsible for the terms, privacy practices, or conduct of these third-party services. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from your use of VIRON's website or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

13. Changes to These Terms

VIRON reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to viron.ae. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
