Shipping Policy

1. Overview
VIRON ships across all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates. We fulfil orders via EMX and partner courier services. This policy outlines delivery timeframes, fees, and what to expect after you place your order.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all UAE emirates:
• Dubai
• Abu Dhabi
• Sharjah
• Ajman
• Ras Al Khaimah
• Fujairah
• Umm Al Quwain
We do not currently ship outside the UAE. International shipping may be introduced in a future phase.

Business days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding UAE public holidays. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods, promotional campaigns, or due to circumstances beyond our control such as weather or courier delays.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery location. VIRON periodically offers free shipping promotions above a qualifying order threshold. These promotions are announced via our Instagram page and WhatsApp channel — follow us to stay updated.
The applicable shipping fee, if any, will always be displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.
5. Order Processing
Orders are processed Sunday to Thursday. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UAE time) on a business day are typically dispatched the same day or the following business day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a dispatch notification with tracking details once your order has been collected by our courier.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly on the courier's website. If you have not received a tracking update within 2 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us.
7. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful (e.g., no one available to receive the order, incorrect address provided), the courier will attempt re-delivery or leave a notification. VIRON is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from:
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
• Recipient unavailable after multiple delivery attempts
• Delivery refused by the recipient
In such cases, the order may be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and item before opening fully, and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. For shipments that appear lost in transit (no movement for more than 7 business days after dispatch), please contact us and we will initiate an investigation with the courier.
