Refund & Returns Policy

1. Overview
VIRON is committed to ensuring you are satisfied with every purchase. This policy explains your rights and our process for returns, exchanges, and refunds, in compliance with Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 on Trading through Modern Technology (UAE E-Commerce Law).
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets all of the following conditions:
• The item is in its original, unopened, and sealed condition
• The original packaging is intact and undamaged
• All accessories, manuals, cables, and included items are present
• The item has not been used, installed, or tampered with
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is provided
Items that do not meet all of the above conditions will not be accepted for return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Items returned after the 7-day window has passed
• Items that have been opened, used, or show signs of installation
• Items with missing accessories, packaging, or documentation
• Downloadable software, digital goods, or items with activated licenses
• Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
• Consumable or hygiene-related accessories once opened
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, VIRON will cover the cost of return shipping and offer you a choice of:
• A full refund to your original payment method
• A replacement of the same item (subject to stock availability)
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video of the issue. We will arrange collection at no cost to you.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact VIRON via email at support@viron.ae or WhatsApp (available on our website)
2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for return
3. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and confirm eligibility
4. If approved, you will receive return instructions including the return address
5. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories included
6. Ship the item using a trackable courier service (return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect)
Do not ship items back without prior approval from VIRON — unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order on viron.ae.
8. Consumer Rights Under UAE Law
Nothing in this policy limits or overrides your statutory rights under Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection. If you believe your consumer rights have not been respected, you may file a complaint with the UAE Ministry of Economy Consumer Protection Department at www.economy.gov.ae.
